Following an internal reorganisation, Pebble Beach Systems is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to build its business across the European region and South Africa.
The job requirement is to sell our full product portfolio including television playout automation software and integrated channel technologies across Europe. Reporting to the CMO at Pebble Beach Systems the person will ideally be located in the UK or Europe.
A high level of competence in complex software-based system sales is expected with the ability to analyse customer requirements and work with pre-sales specialists to provide commercial proposals. The role needs to maintain and build end-user relationships and track and report market intelligence while working with and alongside reseller channels. Sales visit and market activity reports, as well as forecasting, will be required.
Regular international travel is expected (perhaps 2-3 times per month) as well as the need to travel at short notice. The candidate should be fluent in English and it would be considered a benefit if they also have a degree of fluency in at least one additional major European language.
Candidates who are already selling in the Broadcast industry with a knowledge of Automation or Integrated Channels, who already have established customer relationships and knowledge of similar or complementary products would be of particular interest.
