Pebble Beach Systems Enters USA Market
In late 2007 Pebble Beach Systems was selected to provide the playout automation for Fox Business News channels and in early 2008 was awarded a contract to provide a similar solution for the Fox News channels. Following this, Pebble Beach Systems has taken the strategic decision to open a support office in the USA. Located in New York, this key step signals the entry of Pebble Beach Systems into the US market.
Much of the success of Pebble Beach Systems has come from providing customers expert pre-sales technical consultancy and comprehensive 24/7 post-sales support. The establishment of regional support offices is an important part of this strategy, from where local telephone and on-line remote support is provided. The New York office is managed by Simon Foskett, who has a wealth of experience in the application of Pebble Beach Systems products having formally worked at the company's headquarters in the UK for several years.
Pebble Beach Systems have been exhibiting at NAB for many years now but principally to see European customers rather than to actively pursue projects in the USA. From this year the company is ready to undertake USA based projects.
The decision to open a US support office underpins the commitment Pebble Beach Systems has to ensuring its USA based customers receive the highest level of support, for which Pebble Beach Systems is renowned.
"I'm really looking forward to introducing customers here to our powerful Neptune automation product and being involved in the building of our business in the USA" commented Simon Foskett -- Senior Customer Support Engineer at Pebble Beach Systems.
Pebble Beach Systems will be demonstrating Neptune, the company's flagship automation system, at this year's NAB show on booth SU15.205
