Pebble Beach Systems celebrates its 10th anniversary with record results

Weybridge, UK... Pebble Beach Systems closed its financial year at the end of June with the announcement that sales for the past 12 months were the highest in its history. In addition to winning key contracts for ZDF in Germany and Globosat Canais in Brazil, the automation specialist also secured orders to supply automation systems and enhancements to broadcasters in more than 30 countries around the world.

'We are delighted to be able to announce such a stellar set of results in our tenth anniversary year', enthuses Managing Director Peter Hajittofi. 'As one of the very few independent players in the broadcast automation and content management space, we've seen the broadcast landscape change radically since we first started. But despite difficult market conditions and increased competition, we've succeeded in establishing a strong position as a world-class automation provider. Over the past 12 months alone we launched Marina, a major new enterprise level automation product, opened new offices in the US and Asia Pacific markets, and increased our staff numbers by 30%.'

'Our plans for the next 10 years are equally ambitious, and as well as showing the latest enhancements to the enterprise level Marina automation system and established modular Neptune range at IBC this year, we will be revealing an exciting new integrated channel device on stand 8.B50.'
