Jim Reid


Jim has a background in operations, manufacturing and general production, and gained
a Masters in Business Administration from Reading University.

Since joining Pebble in 2018, he has overseen the creation of both the Customer Fulfilment and Solutions Architecture teams, with the overall goal of continuously improving our customers’ journey from initial engagement through to ongoing support. Working closely with the CEO, his focus on KPIs, experience in implementing change, and his ability to take a strategic perspective are key strengths as the company adapts to the new business environment.

As Operations Director at Pro-Bel Limited, Jim was a key part of a culture change programme that lead to growth, the acquisition and integration of a competitive broadcast company, and ultimately a successful MBO.  Since then he has gained extensive experience as a consultant working with a variety of companies helping with strategic positioning, turnaround strategies and cultural change. He is currently a non exec Director supporting several SME start-ups. Married with two grown children, in his spare time tries to keep healthy with a combination of martial arts and yoga.
