Pebble Beach Systems provides support during office hours free of charge during the 1 year warranty that is provided with each system. If your call is outside UK office hours (9am – 5:30pm, Mon – Fri) you will be diverted to our voicemail where you may leave a message that will be dealt with by one of the support team as soon as possible on the next working day.

Alternatively if you have a valid support contract and your call is urgent then you may call the emergency support number. This out of hours number will connect you to an operator who will take details of your call and connect you to an engineer. Please note that this service is only available to customers with a valid 24hour service contract and in off-air emergency situations. +44 117 9875 489.

Pebble Broadcast Systems provides support during office hours free of charge during the 1 year warranty that is provided with each system. If your call is outside US office hours (9am – 5:30pm, Mon – Fri MST) you will be diverted to our voicemail where you may leave a message that will be dealt with by one of the support team as soon as possible on the next working day.

Alternatively if you have a valid support contract and your call is urgent then you may call the emergency support number
1-855-PEBBLE-TV. This out of hours number will allow you to leave a message in our emergency support voice mailbox to be forwarded to a Pebble Broadcast Systems Support Engineer who will promptly return your call. Please note that this service is only available to customers with a valid 24hour service contract and in off-air emergency situations.

 



Upgrade

Customers can purchase an service upgrade to include emergency telephone support outside of normal office hours. Our standard service includes a telephone line where an operator will take your contact details and will arrange for a customer support engineer to call you back within 1 hour, and also incorporates remote support via a VPN link. Using VPN our support team can investigate the cause of problems by analyzing the detailed error logs that the systems produce, perform system health checks and amend configuration settings.

After the warranty period expires, customers can purchase additional support to include 24/7 emergency telephone support. Pebble Beach Systems can offer onsite support during the installation of its systems, as well as commissioning and training services. All systems are delivered with a comprehensive user manual. Training

Pebble Beach Systems offers a wide variety of high quality training courses for operational, technical and maintenance personnel. Preliminary or refresher training can be held at either the customer site or at the Pebble Beach Systems head office in the UK.
