Our experienced team of Customer Fulfilment Engineers is dedicated to working closely with you to overcome your technical or operational issues. Contact us using the details below.

Pebble provides support during office hours free of charge during the 1-year warranty that is provided with each system, and beyond if you have a Standard Service Level Agreement (SLA). If your call is outside office hours you will be diverted to our voicemail where you may leave a message that will be dealt with by one of the Support team as soon as possible on the next working day.

Outside these hours, if you have a valid Premium Service Level Agreement and your call is urgent then you may call the After-Hours Emergency Support Line. This out-of-hours number will connect you to an operator who will take details of your call and connect you to an engineer. Please note that this service is only available to customers with a valid 24-hour Premium SLA and in off-air emergency situations. The emergency support number is +44 333 247 3025.

Training

Pebble offers a wide variety of training courses for operational, technical and maintenance personnel. Preliminary or refresher training can be held at either the customer site or online.
