To support our expansion we are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Development team in Weybridge to work on our flagship Automation offering. It’s real time, and is capable of controlling dozens of third-party devices through communication protocols, IP, Serial, REST and SOAP and is built upon the Qt framework.
Looking for someone with: – Experience developing software products using the complete software development life-cycle – A degree, or equivalent, in the field of science, engineering or computing – A minimum of 4 years C++ development experience with experience mentoring junior team members – Multithreaded, high performance (real time), device driver, client-server and GUI software development experience – Strong analytical and problem solving skills. – Communication and self-management skills to deliver competing priorities on time, and to assist less experienced graduate developers with the same; also candidates without this experience who seek to take on this higher responsibility of a Senior Software Developer.
Desirable skills: – Proven ability to deeply analyse and exercise existing code alongside the creation of effective, efficient solutions to new requirements – Good understanding of modern C++ (i.e. C++11 and later) and an understanding of C++98/03 – Experience working with SQL, XML, client/server communication and synchronisation across standard networks – Experience within the Broadcast industry – Experience working with the Qt Framework or similar UI toolkits
Responsibilities & duties – Mentoring graduate developers – Investigate, design and implement solutions to problems and new feature requirements – Setting up / configuring test environments for use whilst developing code – Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software practices within the business – Find, report and fix defects, work with support team to help diagnose and fix customer issues – Take on complete packages of work and develop from requirements gathering to delivery, working both individually and as part of a team

To support our expansion, we are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team.

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Marketing & Communications Manager to be the champion and guardian of great content, to design and implement engaging campaigns which help us to meet our objectives, and to elevate our communications to deliver measurable results in line with our company goals.
In this role, you will use your proven track record and background in marketing to build on our well-established brand. Reporting into our Sales and Marketing Director, you will join a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about the company mission and the values which guide our decision-making and goal-setting.
