Pebble is seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Customer Fulfilment Engineer to deliver and support our broadcast playout solutions for clients worldwide.
The Role:
The Customer Fulfilment Engineer plays a key role in delivering and supporting Pebble’s playout solutions across global customer projects. The role combines hands-on system installation, configuration and commissioning with ongoing technical support, ensuring systems perform reliably in live broadcast environments. Working closely with project management and development teams, the engineer investigates issues, provides detailed diagnostics, and contributes to continuous product improvement.
You’ll work directly with customers to troubleshoot systems, implement upgrades, and deliver training, helping them get the most from their Pebble solutions. The role also involves collaborating with partners to integrate and test systems, both remotely and on-site when required.
This is a highly technical position suited to someone with strong problem-solving skills and experience in broadcast or media workflows, who enjoys working across both projects and support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
